Excerpt from Terry's ICARE nomination: “Terry showed remarkable accountability during Hurricane Juan in September of 2003, a storm that caused devastating damages to the city and left over 300,000 people and businesses without power. Terry was the only employee to remain in the distribution centre following the hurricane. By dealing with the carriers to coordinate deliveries following the hurricane, Terry was instrumental in ensuring the resumption of regular business.”
