Financial Post Business ranked McKesson Canada the 40th largest in the top 50 Canadian companies in the special FP 500 issue of June 2005.

Revue Commerce and Journal Les Affaires ranked McKesson Canada the 27th most important company in Québec and 48th in Canada in their SUPER 500, an annual ranking of Canada's and Québec's largest companies, in their June 2005 issues.

Journal Les Affaires ranked McKesson Canada in the top 10 health sciences employers in Québec for 2004.

Ipsos-Reid Survey Highlights
In a recent customer-opinion survey conducted by Ipsos-Reid, McKesson Canada earned top marks for our full-range service offering. Overall customer satisfaction levels were measured at greater than 90 per cent.

McKesson Canada also earned top marks from its hospital-sector customers:
  • 95 per cent of hospital customers agreed or strongly agreed that they are satisfied with McKesson Canada.
  • 98 per cent indicated that McKesson Canada would continue to receive their business.
  • 98 per cent indicated that they are satisfied with their McKesson Canada representatives.

Pharmacy Track Mirror Survey Highlights
The Advantage Group's Pharmacy Track Mirror Survey gives many of our manufacturer partners the opportunity to provide useful feedback about their experience with McKesson Canada.
According to the most recent Pharmacy Track Mirror Survey of pharmaceutical and OTC manufacturers, McKesson Canada is ranked first in a number of important categories:
  • Number one of 12 distributors rated.
  • Number one of 12 distributors rated in the Relationship and Support category. This is defined as clearly communicating company strategy and objectives, and working in a collaborative manner.
  • Number one of 12 distributors rated in the Personnel and Organization category. This is defined as being readily available, accessible, and decisive.
  • Number one of eight distributors- in comparison to Self-Distributing Retail Chains (SDRCs) and major distributors.
  • Number one compared to all distributors and SDRCs in the Logistics and Supply Chain category. This is defined as having clear measures, and communicating performance expectations.
