SAN FRANCISCO, January 30, 2012 – McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Drug Trading Company Limited ("Drug Trading"), the independent banner business of Katz Group Canada Inc. ("Katz Group"), and Medicine Shoppe Canada Inc., the franchise business of Katz Group. Katz Group is a privately-owned company that operates an integrated retail pharmacy network in Canada.

10/13/2009 Associated Logistics Solutions Acquires McKesson Canada’s Partnership Interest in McKesson Logistics Solutions Oakville, Ontario, October 13, 2009 – Associated Logistics Solutions (ALS) announced today that it has acquired McKesson Canada’s partnership interest in McKesson Logistics Solutions (MLS). MLS was created in April 2004, as a result of a joint venture between ALS and McKesson Canada, with each partner holding a 50% stake in the venture. Under the confidential terms of the agreement, ALS will now own a 100% interest in MLS.
